EMV Enabling

Pinion has provided support for chip card implementations in the UK, Switzerland, Denmark, Poland and Hungary. Pinion played a key role in designing and implementing solutions to support the issuing and acquiring of EMV cards.

This included Originations, production of embosser files, pin printing, card activation, authorising EMV transactions, clearing and scripting. The implementation of scripting capabilities is to support the update of CRM parameters, block the application and the unblocking of PINs.
