The average resource experience in VisionPLUS is 6 years. Pinion resources are based in Europe with an additional team of professionals based in India to support the development.

With the majority of these resources holding UK passports they can be deployed at short notice almost anywhere in Europe. If you have an urgent issue we can literally be with you within a few hours.

Once requirements are clearly understood we leverage our pool of India base resources to drive the overall project cost down. The use of off-shore resources also enables us to ramp-up and ramp-down resources quickly to match our client needs.

We are able to leverage the time zone difference to provide extended working days and our two centre approach means that in the unlikely event of a connectivity failure we are still able to service our clients from our other facility.
